BoxLinks LLC is a leading provider of domestic and cross-border intermodal transportation solutions. We specialize in shipping line equipment from ONE, HMM, and Evergreen (20’, 40’, and 40’ High Cube containers) as well as 53’ domestic containers (UMAX, EMP). Our network connects inland and West Coast markets in both directions, with seamless cross-border services between Mexico–USA and Canada–USA.

As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a National Key Account Manager to expand our IMC (Intermodal Marketing Company) and BCO (Beneficial Cargo Owner) business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IMC and BCO customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across key lanes.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions.
  • Represent BoxLinks at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to our long-term growth strategy.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in intermodal, logistics, or freight sales (IMC/BCO focus preferred).
  • Strong understanding of rail, ocean carrier, and trucking operations.
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
