Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Field Production Manager to lead the delivery of experiential activations across the United States. You will oversee planning, logistics, warehousing, setup, and on-site execution for sampling programs and brand experiences, coordinating with activation teams, vendors, and warehouse partners.

The role requires heavy travel (up to 75%), early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with hands-on leadership in fast-paced field environments and a focus on safety, quality, and budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years in experiential production, mobile marketing, or large-scale activations.
• Experience leading production crews, vendors, and field teams.
• Proven ability to manage activations from scoping and budgeting through execution and reporting.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of sampling programs and national events.
• Develop production plans, schedules, site maps, and readiness checklists.
• Coordinate movement of product and assets between warehouses, markets, and events.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, resolving issues during events.
