Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% (U.S. and Canada)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a National Educator on behalf of a client in the wellness and nutrition space. This role is designed for a professional who excels at delivering engaging, informative training across multiple channels and audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nutrition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent a brand with credibility and warmth.

This position plays a central role in educating retail teams, health professionals, and internal staff about the company’s product offerings and values. The educator will be responsible for developing training materials, leading sessions both virtually and in person, and supporting the broader education strategy across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver educational content tailored to retail staff, health practitioners, and internal teams
• Lead training sessions via webinars, live events, and in-store visits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and internal onboarding
• Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and conferences
• Manage content on education platforms and support field teams with updates and resources
• Collect feedback and assess training effectiveness through surveys and engagement metrics
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards in all educational materials
• Help shape the future of the education function, with potential to grow into a leadership role

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in nutrition education, ideally as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or with equivalent credentials
• Proven ability to present in group settings across corporate, retail, and professional environments
• Experience working with national retailers (e.g., natural grocers, wellness chains, etc.)
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and product claims
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a travel-heavy schedule (approximately two weeks per month)
• Comfortable handling travel logistics independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a core audience of wellness-focused individuals.
• Practitioner engagement experience is a plus
