  • Coordinate issue resolution across customer service, operations, supply chain, pricing, marketing, finance, and sales, ensuring timely follow-through and clear communication.
  • Support the development and execution of growth-oriented account plans, channel programs, promotions, and incentives, including measures of performance, action plans, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor orders, shipments, point-of-sale data, sales performance, and program participation against annual objectives; identify risks and opportunities and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer and distributor records, pricing files, program documentation, and account activity in applicable systems.
  • Communicate program details, updates, deadlines, and account priorities to customers, distributors, and internal collaborators.
  • Support new distributor onboarding and system setup and help drive consistent adoption of nVent programs and processes.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to implement account and channel strategies that strengthen relationships, expand opportunities, and drive profitable growth for nVent.
  • Continuously identify service and process improvements that increase responsiveness and enable Strategic Account Managers to devote more time to strategic growth.
