What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support operational decision-making within the cyber claims framework
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of claims and provide expert guidance on cyber-related incidents
- Develop systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting claims data
- Facilitate communication among teams to ensure alignment on claim strategies and operational goals
- Support MMA regional claim colleagues in an advisory capacity on complex first- and third-party cyber claim issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Substantial claims experience with strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; law degree preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber lines of coverage and information technology systems
- Must be accessible outside of normal business hours for urgent issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- J.D., AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM equivalent preferred
- P&C license or willingness to obtain
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
