Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with a commercial general contractor or comparable internship experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Working knowledge of scheduling programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Managers to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Reviews plans for value analysis and constructability.
• Prepares project schedules and maintains logs.
