hire top talent is seeking a Construction & Development Manager to lead commercial and institutional projects from planning to completion. The role offers on-site work with nationwide travel and direct exposure to senior leadership, with a path toward a Director of Development position.

You will oversee new construction, renovations, and site development across multiple locations, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial Construction Management, Development Management, or Owner's Representative roles.
• Strong background managing construction budgets, schedules, contractors, and project delivery.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and oversee multi-site projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage construction projects from design and permitting through completion and handover.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, bids, and change orders.
• Review construction drawings, monitor site progress, and ensure quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining cost, safety, and programme requirements.
• Support site evaluations, development planning, and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
