Job summary

Old Republic is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator to coordinate multi-site, multi-state refinance and sale transactions under supervision. The role requires in-office presence in downtown Chicago, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include order entry, coordinating title work, and ensuring all documentation is ready prior to closing, with ongoing collaboration among customers, offices, and examiners to ensure timely closings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience coordinating multi-site and multi-state transactions is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Enter and route new orders to direct offices and agents nationwide
• Coordinate receipt of title work from entry to policy issuance
• Ensure documentation is complete before closing
• Maintain communication with examiner and underwriters to prepare files for closing
• Serve as liaison between customers and offices preparing title work
• Support department with additional administrative duties
• Comply with company policies and complete required training
