Encore is launching the National College Leadership Program (NCLP) to cultivate future leaders in operations management or sales. Trainees undergo 5-month rotations in Technical, Operations and Sales, with hands-on learning in venues and instructor-led training in Chicago.

Encore is seeking individuals interested in a career in operations management or sales. Our National College Leadership Program (NCLP) typically starts in July, and we are accepting applications where you can “Make Your Moment”. Upon successful completion of the 5-month Manager in Training program, individuals will be prepared for immediate placement into an operations, production, or a sales manager role within our nationwide network of 2,100 venues including luxury hotels, casinos, and conference center properties.

When placed in an Operations Manager role you will be expected to manage floor operations to achieve service excellence with a focus on customer service, staff leadership, performance management and development. Achieves the overall goals of the organization through effective workforce and inventory cost control.
When placed in a Sales Manager role you will be responsible for effectively guiding customers through event experiences, identifying solutions that meet their goals and objectives, resulting in a compelling event experience. Utilizes all available tools to ensure maximum event and revenue capture from assigned customer base.
Encore offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including health insurance and participation in a 401K plan. Trainees will receive a base salary and can earn a base salary + bonus incentive upon placement as an Operations Manager, Associate Producer, Director of Events or Venue Sales Manager (placement will occur immediately upon successful completion of the training). Salary Pay Range: $70,304.00 - $70,305.00
The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
