A youth soccer organization is seeking passionate Youth Soccer Coaches in California. Candidates will create engaging training environments, collaborate with staff, and promote player development. Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach

Key Responsibilities

• Create a positive, engaging, and challenging training environment that fosters player development and love for the game.
• Collaborate and contribute to a unified coaching approach by working with staff to keep the program consistent and aligned with club principles.
• Bring flexibility and energy to the role, with availability to coach evenings and weekends in line with the program’s schedule.
• Represent Surf Soccer Club with professionalism on and off the field, including communication with players, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications & Attributes
