Job summary

NET Ministries, founded in 1981, is a Catholic, lay-led nonprofit serving youth, parishes, schools, and dioceses nationwide. The President will provide strategic and spiritual leadership, guiding NET through its next growth phase while strengthening its national presence and fundraising.

Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic committed to Catholic teachings and mission.
• Experience leading Catholic ministry, nonprofit, or similar organization.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Passion for youth evangelization and discipleship.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership aligned with NET's mission and Catholic identity.
• Lead strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Direct operations, financial stewardship, and organizational performance.
• Build relationships with bishops, clergy, donors, ministry partners, and diocesan leaders.
• Partner with the Board of Directors on governance and organizational strategy.
• Lead, develop, and support the senior leadership team.
• Advance fundraising efforts and cultivate major donor relationships.
• Promote NET's mission nationally through public representation and partnerships.
