The National Business Sr. Manager (NBM) works in close partnership with the Executive Director (ED), Sales & Key Accounts to achieve strong sales execution in alignment with the brand strategy. This is primarily achieved by identifying unique performance and execution trends as well as geo-specific opportunities, using data to fully characterize these as well as to assess progress over time. In this way, the NBM enables enhanced focus for NSD, RSDs, and DMs in terms of driving results, coaching, & development. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
