Interstate Battery System of America Inc is seeking a NAC Delivery Specialist to deliver batteries to National Account customers and dealers within your territory, providing top-tier service. You will load/unload, maintain inventory, and rotate displays while documenting transactions accurately.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work overtime or overnight routes as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and compute basic math.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.
• Overnight route work may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver batteries to National Account customers on your route.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Keep displays clean, full, and rotated per National Account agreement.
• Manage dealer accounts, including sales, consignment, warranties, rotates, cash collection and invoicing.
• Complete delivery/route transactions and paperwork on time.
• Interact professionally with team members, managers and customers.
• Follow all driver program requirements as specified by the manager.
• Collect and return junk and used batteries to the warehouse.
• Perform other duties including battery delivery and service to non-National account customers.
