Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in machine building or mechanical assembly within automation/machinery manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, CAD prints, and assembly documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and hands-on assembly skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom automation equipment according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform precision mechanical assembly with focus on fit and finish.
• Assist with machine debugging, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve build challenges and improve designs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites as needed.
