A nonprofit senior care provider in Saint Paul seeks a NAR/Care Specialist to provide direct care for residents. Responsibilities include maintaining the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of residents. Applicants must have current certification through the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Summary

The NAR/Care Specialist provides direct care to residents to maintain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being through quality care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Nursing assistant experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
• Heimlich procedure skills preferred.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
