Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm with more than 300 attorneys and 14 offices across New York State and in FL, is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate attorney to join its Naples, FL office.

We will consider Senior Associate (5+) , Senior Counsel, or Member (Partner) level. The Trust & Estate practice serves individuals and business owners with comprehensive planning, estate administration, and tax matters.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar in good standing or eligible for admission within one year of hire.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• LL.M. in tax law or estate planning is helpful, but not required.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in trust and estate practice.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Experience supervising paralegals preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
