Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts-Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a responsible and reliable Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our team. You will deliver auto parts between NAPA stores using a company-provided vehicle and ensure timely, safe deliveries.

The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs, operating a delivery vehicle, and maintaining accurate delivery records. We offer employee discounts, paid time off, health coverage for full-time roles, and an optional Earned Wage Access plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with no major violations and no disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use smartphones/tablets for navigation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver auto parts to other locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Load and unload auto parts from the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delays or issues.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Today, Amtower Auto Supply, Inc. owns and operates 14 NAPA Auto Parts stores across Northern and North Central West Virginia, continuing our long tradition of service, reliability, and community pride. We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering auto parts, in a company provided delivery vehicle to our other stores in a timely and efficient manner.

Pay Rate: $12.75

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver auto parts to other locations in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Load and unload auto parts from the delivery vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding any delays or issues

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for navigation and communication
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for multiple hours at a time.
