FMC Talent is seeking a NAP Process Engineer for a manufacturing environment focused on engineered heating, cooling and refrigeration systems. You’ll support production line improvements, design and implement new processes, and work across teams to turn engineering requirements into practical, repeatable workflows.
Ideal candidates are early in their engineering career, motivated, and eager to learn. HVACR experience is useful but not essential, with opportunities to build specialist knowledge
You’ve built a solid engineering foundation, and now you want the chance to take more ownership of the work. To understand the process, improve how things are done, and see the impact of your decisions rather than just completing one part of the project.
As a NAP Process Engineer, you’ll support the development and improvement of processes across engineered heating, cooling and refrigeration systems. You’ll work with different teams, interpret technical information, solve problems, and help turn engineering requirements into practical, repeatable ways of working.
This could suit someone early in their engineering career who is motivated, confident communicating with others, and keen to keep learning. HVACR experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential, so there’s plenty of scope to build specialist knowledge while taking on more responsibility over time.
Our client specialises in the design and production of engineered heating, cooling and refrigeration systems. Operating through several specialised divisions, our client produces custom HVAC and refrigeration equipment used in industries such as food storage, data centres, energy and manufacturing.
With its company’s values of continuous improvement, collaboration and employee empowerment, our client provides the best service to not just its systems but it’s staff. They prove this through fostering a genuinely positive work environment, as well as providing a benefits package designed to improve their people’s work and life. This includes generous PTO, comprehensive health coverage, and 401k matching from day one.
You’ll support production line improvement across a manufacturing environment, helping to improve efficiency, quality, safety and day-to-day processes.
You’ll play an important role in improving how production lines run, supporting manufacturing teams and helping create better, more efficient processes.
Experience in HVACR, fabrication, tooling, lean manufacturing or process improvement would be useful, but is not essential.
