Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Nantucket, MA. You will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality images.

Eligibility includes one year of CT experience, valid radiology license, and BLS; ARRT certification is preferred. This travel role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the imaging process, and position patients.
• Set technical parameters to clearly demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
• Perform other duties within the CT Tech scope.
