Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics/Communications; 2+ years hardware engineering experience or
• Master's degree with 1+ year hardware experience or PhD in related field.
• Hands-on nanoprobe experience and semiconductor failure analysis knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical characterization of semiconductor IC devices using nanoprobe systems.
• Evaluate electrical characteristics to determine root cause of failures.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Quality, and Foundry Engineering teams.
• Analyze design, reliability, or yield failures to identify root causes.
• Utilize state-of-the-art analytical tools and data to draw conclusions.
• Provide training and support on nanoprobing and failure analysis techniques.
