Hello! I have a job in healthcare with a variable schedule (some nights, some weekends, mostly day shift work). The kids attend a Montessori school from 8/8:30am- 2:45/3pm from Monday through Thursday. I am looking for help on days I work either getting them to school (I leave the house at 6am) and home from school for a few hours, as well as occasional Friday help and overnight or weekend help.
