• Helping navigate growth stages such as sleep changes, growth spurts, introducing solids, and encouraging healthy sleep habits

Light baby-related household tasks, such as:

• Washing bottles
• Preparing bottles or baby snacks
• Folding baby laundry
• Tidying the nursery and play areas
