Lily Pond Services is seeking a dedicated nanny in Miami to care for three children aged 1.5, 4, and 6. The role includes travel with the family, with housing provided during extended stays in Aspen, and collaboration with a small team of household staff.
The schedule is Monday–Thursday, live-out in Miami, with occasional live-in requirements (1–2 nights per week or during travel). CPR certification and strong references are essential.
Competenze
- CPR certification is required.
- Strong references from current and prior employers.
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to supervise children in and around a pool.
- Valid driver’s license with confident driving ability.
- U.S. work authorization.

- Plan and implement age-appropriate, educational activities to support development.
- Manage daily routines: meals, hygiene, naps, bedtime.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children.
- Maintain cleanliness/organization in children’s areas, bedrooms, and playrooms.
- Oversee children’s laundry and wardrobe management.
- Occasionally travel with the family; housing provided during stays (Aspen).
- Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
