Job summary

Solidigm, headquartered in Rancho Cordova, CA, is seeking a NAND Tooling Hardware Engineer to deliver global Test Hardware solutions for multiple NAND product teams. This role interfaces with engineering groups worldwide to define Tooling HW requirements and drive them to on-time delivery across wafer and package test stages.

Job Description

The NAND Tooling Hardware Engineer is responsible for the delivery of Test Hardware solutions on a global scale. The Tooling Hardware Engineer networks with global customers to identify Tooling HW requirements and delivers functional solutions to Product development schedule requirements.

Provides direct Tooling HW Engineering services to global multiple functional NAND Product development teams. The Tooling Hardware Engineer delivers Tooling solutions for globally dispersed Engineering teams addressing ongoing sustainability & evolving NAND roadmap requirements for all Tooling Hardware solutions at Wafer test and Package test.

Qualifications

10+ years developing and delivering Semiconductor Tooling Hardware solutions preferred coupled with BS degree in either of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering disciplines. In addition, experienced in the Application use of AutoCAD & related PCB design applications such as Fusion360 and SolidWorks, in addition to Microsoft Office Products Suite.

Additional Information

This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs. The compensation range for this role is $105,440 - $164,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
