Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Nail Technician to provide manicure and pedicure services, improving guest well-being and the club experience at LifeSpa and Salon. Work with the LifeSpa team to deliver a superior, professional experience in a welcoming atmosphere.
The role requires a cosmetology license, nail technician certification, and at least 2 years of experience. Compensation includes commissions between 35% and 70% of product/service sales, plus minimum wage-based hourly pay as applicable.
Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of nail technician experience.
- Cosmetology license and nail technician certification are required in the state where work is performed.
Responsibilities
- Provides individualized nail services meeting clients' needs.
- Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
- Discusses options with clients to determine individual needs.
- Performs natural nail manicures, pedicures, and paraffin treatments.
- Promotes and sells nail products, services and treatments; encourages repeat business.
- Stays current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
