What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of professional experience as a nail technician
• Strong Russian Manicure and e‑file technique
• Experience with builder gel (structure gel)
• Attention to detail and consistently high‑quality work
• Strong hygiene and sanitation standards
• Valid New Jersey nail technician or cosmetology license
• A portfolio of your work (photos or Instagram)
• Professional communication, reliability, and punctuality
• At least basic English for communicating with clients (Russian is a plus, not a requirement)
• Your own client base is welcome, but not required — the studio provides bookings

Service prices for our technicians: Russian Manicure + Builder Gel $150; Advanced Builder Gel Correction $180; Gel Extensions $230–$280; Natural Nail Care $100; Smart Dry Pedicure $130–$150. You earn 40% of each service you perform.
