Hyatt Hotels Corporation, via Miraval Arizona, is seeking a Nail Technician to deliver exceptional nail and hair services in a wellness-spa environment. The role requires a flexible schedule, adherence to brand standards, and strong sanitation practices.

You will maintain stations, assist guests, and participate in training, with opportunities to sell retail products and contribute to a high-touch guest experience. Arizona license required.

Qualifications

• The ideal Nail Technician will have an active Arizona Nail Technician license.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills are essential.

SUMMARY

A Nail Technician is responsible for delivery of exceptional nail and hair services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Adhere to all Miraval and Hyatt policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and stations used, as well as, restock of linens and products before, after and during shift
• Must possess the ability to perform consecutive services in a pre-determined period of time
• Required to sell retail products associated with treatments, and to achieve monthly sales goals
• Attend and be an active participant in protocol training, product training and operations training
• Attend and be an active participant in all department meetings

• Must display appropriate social skills and congeniality necessary to make guests and colleagues feel comfortable and welcome.
• Requirement to provide a specific list of Miraval brand standard treatment protocols and modalities.

Education and / or Experience:

• Must possess a current and valid Arizona Nail Technician License to be considered for this position.If you are planning to relocate to Arizona and hold a current and valid license in another state. Financial reimbursement of license transfer fees will be considered for the ideal candidate.
