Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Nashville invites an experienced Nail Technician to deliver premium spa services in our luxury hotel spa.

The role requires TN nail licensing, a minimum of one year in nail therapy, and the ability to perform manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, and French upgrades with meticulous sanitation and guest care. You will support a high‑volume, four‑diamond spa environment and contribute to retail goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1‑year experience in nail therapy in an upscale salon or spa setting strongly preferred.
  • Current State of Tennessee Nail Technician License.
  • Must be able to provide all phases of nail care (spa manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, French upgrades on hands and toes, and specialization in natural nails).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Commitment to exceeding the expectations of customers, always operating with a strong attention to detail to the client's needs.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including being on call for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Responsible for setting up the nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures and disposing of laundry in a timely basis.
  • Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up the nail stations according to procedures.
  • Maintain sanitation of the work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.
  • Ensure all professional stock is used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.
  • Begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are always followed.
  • Ensure all guests depart with a completed prescription form after every service.
  • Strive to consistently produce a minimum of 10% in retail sales.

  • Stand, walk, or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
  • Requires repetitive motion, including utilizing telephone or computer for an extended period or for an entire shift.
  • Ability to obtain a State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission server permit before date of hire.
