Job summary

Discovery Land Company’s Summit Club in Las Vegas seeks a Nail Technician to join the Wellness Department. You will assess member needs, explain services, help select treatments, and deliver high‑touch salon experiences consistent with Forbes 5‑Star standards.

Responsibilities include adhering to DLC and salon policies, maintaining safety and sanitation, educating guests on procedures, promoting wellness offerings, and supporting team operations in a luxury private club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State Issued Cosmetology or Nail Technician License in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• 1–3 years’ Nail Technician experience, preferably in a Forbes 4- or 5-star facility.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Understand and abide by DLC and salon policies and procedures.
• Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable salon service.
• Educate regarding procedures and products.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards.
• Maintain stock levels and equipment and ensure clean visuals.
• Actively promote the Wellness Program and available promotions.
