Job summary

Nurtur Holdings LLC in Indianapolis, IN, seeks an Education Instructor for our beauty and wellness programs. You will teach from classroom to clinic floor, inspiring future leaders.

The role requires adapting teaching methods, upholding core values, and coordinating with the Director and Education Manager. Evenings and weekends may be required.

A Nail Tech license and an instructor license (pending hire) are essential, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Nail Technician license (state-issued) and maintenance.
• Valid Beauty Culture Instructor license (obtaining contingent upon hire) and maintenance.
• Experience in a salon/spa/nail spa setting.
• Ability to lead, manage time, and work under deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and the Company's mission.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• A valid, state‑issued Nail Technician license and maintenance of such license
• A valid, state‑issued Beauty Culture Instructor license (obtaining this license is contingent upon hire) and maintenance of such license
• Experience in a salon/spa/nail spa setting
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast‑paced environment
• Exhibit leadership qualities, time‑management abilities, organizational skills, self‑direction, and initiative
• Ability to set and achieve goals, implement decisions, and work under strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence and to the Company's mission and vision

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Walk, stand up, and/or sit for up to twelve (12) hours per day
• Use hands to handle objects and reach with hands and arms
• Walk, sit, stand, balance, stoop, speak, and hear
• See a computer screen and read paper and electronic documents
• Occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds
• Tolerate a minimal to moderate noise level typical of a school environment

Travel Requirements
