Job summary

The Temple Frederick is seeking a Nail Technician Instructor for evening hours to train tomorrow's beauty professionals. You will teach theory, safety, sanitation, and hands-on nail care techniques while demonstrating services and guiding students through their progress.

Applicants should have at least 2 years as a licensed Nail Technician (or Cosmetology license) and be prepared to work Monday through Thursday evenings in a student-focused, career-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed Nail Technician (or a valid Cosmetology License).
• Ability to teach theory, safety/sanitation, and nail care techniques.
• Mentor and assess student progress; model professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Teach theory, safety and nail care techniques using the curriculum.
• Demonstrate manicures, pedicures, enhancements and nail art.
• Mentor, coach, and assess students for growth and success.
• Oversee clinic nail services for guests and patients.

What You'll Do

As a Nail Technician Instructor, you will:

Teach and prepare students in theory, safety/sanitation, and nail care techniques using our proven curriculum. Demonstrate manicures, pedicures, enhancements, and creative nail design. Mentor, coach, and assess students' progress to ensure their professional growth. Model professionalism, positivity, and creativity while inspiring Future Professionals to succeed in the beauty industry, & Oversee Guest Services in the clinic's nail services offered to the Public.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed Nail Technician (or a valid Cosmetology License)

Hours Needed to Work: Monday - Thursday 5 pm -9:30 pm
