Job summary

Frenchies Modern Nail Salon is seeking skilled nail technicians for full-time or part-time shifts in Lakeway, TX. The role focuses on delivering high-quality manicures, pedicures, and gel enhancements while maintaining a clean, inviting salon environment.

You will engage guests with expert recommendations, promote services and memberships, and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere. Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nail Tech required and preferred for non-toxic environment.
• Experience in manicures, pedicures and gel extensions is a plus.

If you are a licensed Nail Tech, we want to hear from you! We are a non-toxic, chemical-free nail salon who is always looking for technicians as passionate about healthy nails as we are!

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $13-$20 per hour based on experience and skill level
• Tips: $14-$17 per hour (based on 18-22% of average service value per invoice)
• Bonuses: up to $2.10 for every hour worked that month
• In total, pay range is $29-$39 per hour includes base pay + bonuses + tips (on average)

Our Schedule

• Store hours: Mondays - Saturdays: 9am - 7pm, Sundays: 10am - 6pm
• Consistent work schedule, no more guessing what days/hours you’re working each week
• Full time and part time shifts available
• Work as little as 2 days/week for part-time
• Shift swapping available
• See your schedule and appointments right from your phone via schedule management system app
• Four, 10-hour shifts available for full-time - Get 3 days off a week!!
• Break periods of less than 20 minutes will be paid
• 30 minute scheduled meal breaks for 4-8 hour shifts and 1 hour breaks for 9-10 hour shifts
