Paul Mitchell The School Indianapolis is seeking a Nail Technician Educator to guide students on practical skills and theory, supervising clinic floor activities and helping guests while they refine techniques.

You will track academic progress, register grades, and ensure curriculum adherence, contributing to students’ preparation for the Indiana State Board exam. This full-time/part-time role is based in Indianapolis.

• Nail instructor license in Indiana or cosmetology instructor license.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIKE?

As a Nail Technician Educator, you'll spend your days guiding enthusiastic students, equipping them with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge needed to pass the Indiana State Board exam. You'll be actively involved on the clinic floor, working alongside them as they perfect their techniques on guests, providing real-time feedback and encouragement. Beyond the hands‑on instruction, you'll also manage their academic progress by accurately registering grades and ensuring adherence to the curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

• Nail instructor or cosmetology instructor license in Indiana
• Nail salon experience
