Job summary

QQ Nails & Spa is looking for a talented Nail Technician to provide manicures, pedicures, gel polish, dip powder, and nail enhancements in a customer-focused environment. You will consult with clients, maintain sanitation, and educate clients on nail care while building lasting relationships.

The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and immediate start. Pay is $17/hr with tips and commissions in a full-time capacity; reporting taxes with ITIN or SSN and holding a license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel polish, dip powder and nail enhancements based on client preferences.
• Consult with clients to recommend nail services, treatments, and products that best meet their needs.
• Maintain sanitation by disinfecting tools, workstations, and equipment per state regulations.
• Ensure all services are performed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and outstanding service.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend retail products to support nail health.
• Manage appointment schedules, prepare workstations before each service, and maintain accurate client records when necessary.
• Keep up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Assist in maintaining salon cleanliness, organization, and inventory of products and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with other salon professionals to create a positive and professional team environment.
• Must be able to have a flexible work schedule and able to work on weekends
