Overview

We are an established salon in Belmont and I have been in the salon business for more than 20 years. We are in search of a full-time, licensed Nail Technician to engage on a 3-5 month contract starting immediately. Responsibilities will include doing manicures i.e. polishing fingernails and toenails and applying/removing gel nails. There will be a fair amount of customer interaction so we are looking for someone who enjoys that and is reliable while delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities

Paint fingernails efficiently and quickly
Clean, cut and shape nails
Recommend colors based on each customer’s style
Remove previously applied polish or gels
Take an interest in customers and build loyalty (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)
