A State Nail Technician license and prior luxury spa experience are preferred. This role is available as part-time or full-time with various shifts, requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active State Nail Technician license is a must.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform multiple services.

In This Position You Will

• Be a steward of Woodhouse brand and standards.
• Provide customized massage services and luxurious body treatments.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail care treatments—including polish applications, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, gel nails, acrylics—following state, local, and company health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols in treatment rooms.
• Utilize, maintain, and conduct inventory of supplies, products, and equipment.
• Recommend home‑care solutions based on product knowledge.
• Maintain records as required by federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and courteously.
• Perform general spa duties as needed.
• Pursue continuing education to stay at the top of the profession.
• Collaborate with team members, managers, and guests, maintaining regular and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Active State Nail Technician license.
• Three years licensed nail technician experience preferred.
• Luxury spa experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and company goals.
• Physical demands: able to sit, bend, lift up to 35 lbs., and perform multiple services during a shift.
