Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Nail Technician to provide manicure, pedicure, and related nail services, enhancing guest well-being and the overall club experience within LifeSpa and Salon.

You will educate clients on LifeSpa products, discuss options, and stay current with certifications and trends; you will promote nail services and encourage repeat visits. California residents: privacy policy link applies. Full-time role with base pay plus incentive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of nail technician experience.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Nail technician certification.

• Provides individualized nail services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Discusses options with clients to determine individual needs.
• Offers natural nail manicures, pedicures and paraffin treatments.
• Promotes and sells nail products, services and treatments and encourages repeat business.

They work with the entire LifeSpa and Salon team to provide a superior experience in a professional atmosphere.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides individualized nail services and treatments that meet the clients’ needs and expectations
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments
• Discusses options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client
• Provides various nail care services, including natural nail manicures, pedicures and paraffin's
• Promotes and sells nail products, services and treatments and encourages repeat business
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of nail technician experience
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
• Nail technician certification

Pay

This position receives a base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage. In addition to incentive pay between 10% to 33% depending on team member productivity.
