Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a licensed Nail Technician to provide premier nail services and guest-focused care in a luxury spa environment. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and personalized service to meet guest needs during busy events and evenings.

Responsibilities include maintaining salon standards, stocking stations, and communicating product benefits. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess current State Cosmetology or Nail Tech License.
• 1-year minimum experience in nail services.
• Knowledge and adherence to all industry sanitation laws.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide the highest possible standard of services while maintaining a relaxing environment.
• To begin and end treatments at the scheduled time and ensure correct protocol and procedures are always followed.
• Ensure all equipment and lines, etc. are fully stocked on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for setting up nail stations and pedicure bowls and/or thrones according to procedures and adhere to the presentation and cleanliness standard.
• Ensure backbar inventory levels are communicated.
• Ensure proper re-stock of assigned treatment room(s) for close of each day.
• Relay with confidence product and service benefits to clients.
• Required attendance of all department training courses and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.
