MiniLuxe is seeking a Nail Designer to deliver high-quality manicures and pedicures in a fast-paced, team-driven studio. The ideal candidate holds an active nail technician, manicurist, or cosmetology license for the state of Texas and has at least two years of professional experience.

You will uphold MiniLuxe’s hygiene standards, educate clients on premium services and products, and contribute to a positive, inclusive studio culture that values creativity and customer care.

• Deliver an engaging, elevated client experience while providing high-quality manicure and pedicure services that reflect MiniLuxe’s clean, ethical, and premium standards.
• Maintain MiniLuxe standards of hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness.
• Represent the MiniLuxe brand in a positive manner towards all team members, clients, and members of the community.
• Educate clients on premium services, clean products, and retail offerings that support their self-care routine and enhance their MiniLuxe experience.

Who You Are:

• This role requires 2+ years of experience and an active state-issued license in the state where you will be providing services. This role may require work across multiple MiniLuxe studios and/or at off - premise events , depending on business needs and local requirements .
• Must meet all applicable state and local licensing, sanitation, and service requirements for the studio location where services are performed.
• A creative person with a positive attitude and ability to be flexible sensing and responding to needs
• Organized and disciplined at delivering on a deadline in an entrepreneurial environment
• Self-motivated and takes initiative with a positive, fun, and upbeat demeanor
• The ability to think outside the box and have fun while you are doing it!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to lift, move, and carry 25+ pounds.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, including throughout your shift.
• Ability to safely use light cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Ability to bend and kneel.
