The Spa at Holbrook Nail Technician performs various nail care techniques and spa treatments for high‑end clients, maintaining pristine treatment areas and handling client consultations and aftercare recommendations. Key responsibilities include performing all nail care service offerings on the menu, assessing client needs, adhering to spa protocols and sanitation standards, recommending nail care products, maintaining client retention rates, and ensuring a comfortable, luxurious client experience. They also manage administrative tasks such as updating client profiles and maintaining inventory.

Requirements

• Manicure and Pedicure Nail Care Treatments

• Maintaining Treatment Areas

• Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a 75%-85% rebooking rate.
  • Make recommendations for Club and Spa Memberships.
• Health and Safety Compliance
  • Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including cleanliness, sanitation, and proper use of equipment.
  • Maintain a hygienic and safe environment for both clients and staff.
  • Adhere to OSHA, ADA, and Georgia State Board of Cosmetology standards.
  • Follow EPA‑approved disinfectant protocols and state sanitation laws.
  • Comply with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard 29 CFR 1910.1030.
  • Ensure visible cleanliness and reinforce client confidence during all nail treatments.

  • Maintain a client retention rate of 75% – 85% for repeat clients and 50% – 70% for first‑time clients.
  • Maintain a rebooking rate of 75% – 85%.
• Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with other spa team members, including estheticians, salon professionals, massage therapists, wellness consultants, and concierge staff, to provide a cohesive and integrated spa experience.
  • Attendance and arrivals are timely to ensure client and treatment area preparation are on point.
