Job description

Ready to take the next step in your career?

Join a specialist IT services and network engineering company based in Texas, working with technology vendors, resellers, and enterprise customers on complex networking and infrastructure projects. Focused on enterprise networking, wireless, network security, and large-scale deployments, the business is small enough that engineers enjoy real visibility and ownership, with exposure to varied enterprise environments rather than the same work day in, day out.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer-facing NAC deployments and implementation projects.
• Work consultatively with customers through deployment and design requirements.
• Support multiple client engagements and varied NAC environments.
• Help expand the company’s NAC delivery capability.

Skills/Must have:

• Hands-on deployment experience with Cisco ISE and/or Aruba ClearPass.
• Experience with FortiScout is also relevant, NAC platform skills are considered transferable.
• VAR, MSP or systems-integrator background strongly preferred.
• Multi-customer deployment experience is essential; single-company administration experience alone may not be sufficient.
• Candidates from Cisco TAC, particularly ISE-focused teams, are of interest.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.

Benefits:

• Opportunity to join a small, entrepreneurial team of around 20 people.
• Clear progression potential into senior engineering, practice leadership or management.
• Technical development and cross-platform training opportunities.
• Health, dental, vision and 401(k) match.

Salary:

• $140,000
