Job summary

Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA offers a 4‑week CNA program onsite with 2 weeks in the classroom, followed by 2 weeks of clinicals at our sister center in Olympia. The NAC tuition is fully covered, including license and state test fees.

We assist with test preparation and skills lab, and you will be offered a full‑time position in our center once you complete your clinicals. Starting pay for new graduates is $20.00/hour and increases to $22.00/hour once licensed.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and clinical rotations at the sister center in Olympia.
• Prepare for NAC license and state nursing assistant exam.
• Receive assistance with test prep and skills lab to facilitate licensure.
• Be considered for a full‑time position upon successful completion of clinicals.
