Job summary

Ōura seeks a Demand Planner for North America Retail to own forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory analysis across major partners in the region. You will translate POS and stock signals into actionable demand plans and work with Retail, GTM, Supply Planning, Finance, and Product to improve forecast quality and support launches.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, scalable planning processes, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage inventory health

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in demand/merchandise planning for physical products in retail or consumer electronics.
• Experience with sell-through vs sell-in, promotional lifts, inventory targets, and weeks of supply.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with large data sets from POS, inventory, and shipments.
• Translate analysis into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration with commercial, supply chain, finance, and product.
• Ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills and clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly sell-through/sell-in forecasts for North America retail.
• Translate POS, inventory, trends, seasonality, promotions, and launches into demand assumptions.
• Support monthly consensus planning, highlight changes, identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain baseline demand, upside, downside, and forecast drivers across accounts.
• Develop planning logic and cadences as the business scales.
• Monitor inventory health and advise on sell-in/replenishment to balance revenue and stock.
• Collaborate on launches, promotions, and new retailer/product door openings.
• Create forecasting analytics and reporting in Sheets/Tableau or similar.
