Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a NA People Solutions Advisor to coordinate HR operations across the U.S. and Canada. You will handle on-site support, ensure policy alignment, and drive HR process efficiency within the HR Operating Model.

You will manage HR transactions in Workday/UKG, promote self-service, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes, while maintaining compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, psychology or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in HR Operations or similar role.
  • Strong communication, analytical and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Design Thinking; MS Office proficiency.
  • Experience using Workday, UKG, and/or ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute time-sensitive HR transactions in Workday and UKG with accuracy and timely completion.
  • Serve as SME for HR processes, offering navigational support and promoting self-service.
  • Identify gaps and drive improvements; collaborate with global HR partners on risks and improvements.
  • Maintain process documentation per local laws and policies; drive standardization across North America.
  • Monitor HR metrics and ensure SLA compliance and efficiency targets.
  • Partner with local Talent Business Partners to support business objectives and people strategy.

Education

The NA People Solutions Advisor plays a key role in coordinating and executing HR operations processes across the U.S. and Canada. This role ensures alignment with corporate policies, compliance with local legislation, and consistency with our HR Operating Model while supporting the objectives of the business. The NA People Solutions Advisor provides dedicated on-site support to plant-based leaders and employees, enabling effective HR self-service and delivering high-quality HR operational activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute time-sensitive HR transactions in Workday and UKG, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Track cases through the case management system and meet agreed turnaround times.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR teams, employees, and managers on Workday business processes, offering navigational support, education, and promoting self-service when possible.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Collaborate with other global HR partners to address risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain updated process documentation in accordance with local legislation and internal policies. Drive process standardization across North America in alignment with the HR Operating Model.
  • Monitor HR operational metrics, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and process efficiency targets.
  • Partner with local Talent Business Partners to support business objectives and people strategy.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality service to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with external vendors such as Benefits, Payroll, and HR service providers.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Legal Department and HR Operations team members to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

  • Periodic travel may be required.
