Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company seeks a Senior Manager, NA Logistics Accounting to oversee logistics expenses reporting in North America and lead a small team across geographies. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Compliance to ensure accurate month-end close and robust internal controls.

The role requires minimum 6 years in finance/accounting, strong Excel and Power BI skills, lease accounting knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Logistics Accounting reporting and close processes.
• Partner with finance, operations, and internal controls for accuracy.
• Develop automated reporting to improve accruals and month-end processes.
• Manage a NA-based team and coordinate with India-based staff.
• Drive process improvements in warehouse POs, leases, and SAP updates.
