Job summary

Airbus in North America seeks a seasoned PMO lead for Digital Risks & Opportunities within the Governance team. You will drive compliance, quality, and risk management across the North American region, coordinating with ARTs, enterprise security, data governance, and digital product leaders.

You will oversee epic charters, RCA processes, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with COBIT/ITIL and EN9100; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years in PMO or Project Portfolio management in a large/global enterprise.
• 10+ years in Digital roles (architecture, system design, software development).
• 5+ years in leadership/project leadership roles managing diverse teams.
• Certifications: PMP, SCM, or SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Govern Digital Risks & Opportunities Register and embed risk management into SAFe cadence events.
• Lead epic charters and business cases for risk mitigation with stakeholders.
• Oversee digital processes in North America ensuring alignment with COBIT/ITIL standards.
• Leverage AI, data insights, and automation to optimize service delivery and compliance guardrails.
• Provide strategic leadership across quality/compliance per Airbus BMS and EN9100.
• Act as focal point for digital audit engagements and regulatory assessments.
• Develop dashboards (Qlik Sense/Tableau/Google Studio) for senior leadership insights.
• Coordinate performance reviews with IT leaders to address trends and gaps.
