HP is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Services Category Senior Manager for North America. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for Services portfolio strategy, business performance, sales enablement, operational excellence, and growth initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Global Business Units and other stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth, improve seller productivity, and drive customer success. The role builds upon category leadership, business planning, KPI management, portfolio oversight, and sales engagement responsibilities identified in the existing role description.

The Services Category Senior Manager leads a North America team responsible for business strategy, portfolio performance, sales enablement, and operational execution, delivering profitable growth while developing organizational capability and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer success.
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $178,250 to $279,900 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
