Doorstead is seeking a Field Associate to join the Myrtle Beach area. This contracted hourly position is a 1099 role focused on conducting property showings for rental properties with occasional property evaluations.

Average pay ranges between $40-50 per showing, with paid commute time. You will travel to properties, ensure access, and collect prospect and property feedback while using our mobile tooling to document observations and photos.

Responsibilities

• Optionally perform property evaluations using Doorstead tooling and document deficiencies.
• Work independently and efficiently; take photos and prepare basic reports through our system.
