Job summary

NAS Pensacola MWR Marketing Department is seeking a versatile professional to assist the Marketing Director with implementing a comprehensive marketing program and coordinating communications that inform agencies of the services and activities of the MWR Dept.

Responsibilities include coordinating sponsorship contracts, developing collateral, managing event marketing, supporting publications, and producing graphics and online content for MWR/CYP programs.

Qualifications

• Three years of marketing, sponsorship, advertising and/or special events experience desirable.
• Experience with web design, graphic arts and social media.
• Excellent written and oral communication, administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with various computer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Support sponsorship and advertising planning, contracts, and evaluation.
• Assist in editorial work, productions, and distribution of publications.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events and promotional materials.
• Create and manage graphic/art assets for on-site and online platforms.
