aa210 is seeking a licensed Music Therapist to evaluate educational needs for music therapy as a related service and provide evidence-based interventions to support student access to the curriculum at Fort Bend ISD.
The role involves maintaining student records, collaborating with educators, and contributing to the development and implementation of IEP goals through MT-based activities.
The Therapist Music will conduct Music Therapy evaluations that determine an educational need for Music Therapy as a related service through special education and appropriate recommendations that translate to positive learning outcomes for the student. The incumbent will provide targeted, evidence-based interventions to support the student's access to the curriculum. The incumbent will manage and maintain accurate individual special education records relevant to Music Therapy services in the educational setting.
